2.- Definitions All the allowed businesses are subject to the following restrictions: Home-based business: Items for commercial use must to be created by your own hands in a familiar and home-based business, and sold as a completed and finished item.Your handmade crafts may be sold individually or even at craft fairs and other venues, including online web sites. Quantity: There is no limit on the amount of finished products that you can develop using our images as long as they are developed on a home based businnes as defined above. 4.- General Conditions 1) Our designs may be modified totally or partially with no restriction. 2) In all allowed commercial uses, our images must appear as an addition to the final goods to be sold. For example, the image would be added to a scrapbooking layout, a candy wrapper, or a ceramic plate. In other words, the final goods for sale must be different from the image itself. 3) A credit to MangelsDesigns linked to http://www.MangelsDesigns.com is not mandatory, but always highly appreciated. 4) Any use of our images in a business not stated in the above categories requires prior authorization. 5.- UNALLOWED Commercial Use Use of our images in the following ways is strictly prohibited:

Only one payment is required and the Commercial Use Membership never needs to be renewed. No Download Restrictions: You may download images an unlimited number of times. Included images: All our present and future collections are included, however, in a very reduced group of images detailed below, it is necessary to obtain previous authorization of the artist or designer to use his/her designs for profit purposes. The artist or designer is free to give permission, deny permission, or require that specific conditions be met. You may contact the artist and/or agent by contacting us. Although the general Commercial Use Membership provides unlimited access to future collections, MangelsDesigns reserves the right to limit, at its own discretion, the commercial use of any future collections released. Non-Sharing of Memberships: The Commercial Use Membership is controlled under the system we have in place to detect the prohibited practice of sharing log-in data with third parties. 7.- Additional Information 1) The Commercial Use Membership remains under the general policies stated on our site in the following sections.
