How long does my account
take to be activated and let me download?
After your Membership fee has been paid in Paypal, you will be redirected
to our site. If you follow this process correctly, your Membership should
be automatically activated in our database. You will then have access
to all our designs and may begin downloading images immediately.
On rare occasions -for example, if your Internet connection is lost during
this process or you close the window after making your payment- your Membership
won't be activated automatically in our database. In these situations,
Memberships are manually activated. Manual activation usually takes place
in less than an hour, although in some instances, it may take up to 24
Should I send you an e-mail
if I have just paid for my Membership through Paypal and my Membership
was not automatically activated?
No, you don't need to notify us. We receive immediate Membership payment
information directly from Paypal and, upon receipt, will work promptly
to activate your membership.
I can't log in. What should
If you made your Membership payment and the payment was correctly processed
through the Instant Notification Process, you should be able to log in.
Please be aware that you can log in to our site on any of our Web pages
that include a login field. Your login name is the email address that
you used to register.
VERY IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT LOGIN PROBLEMS:
According to our experience, 99% of login problems are because a member does not log in with the email address and/or password used for registration or has more than one email address registered in our database and he/she is not logging in with the email associated with his/her active account.
It is the responsibility of all members to make sure the information registered in our database is correct. We will not answer any emails about login problems when it is evident that the user is not using the correct data (email address and/or password).
PLEASE READ THE INFORMATION BELOW VERY CAREFULLY
If you have more than one email address, please, be absolutely sure, when logging in, you use the same email address you used when registering with our site. If you cannot remember the email address used at the time you registered, and try to log in with a different address, you will receive an error message because the email address you are trying to use is not registered in our database, and therefore, is not recognized by our system. .
For some reason that we do not understand, 30% of our members have registered more than one email address in our database. Remember that only one (1) email address belongs to your ACTIVE account. If you have more than one email address recorded in our database and log in with a different email address than the one associated with your ACTIVE account, the system will recognize you but it will not allow you enter to your private area and/or download files.
If you're a member who has paid your membership fee and you are welcomed after you have logged in ( "Welcome back .....") but the system does not let you enter to your private area and/or download files (shows the message "Only for subscribed members .... ") it is because you've registered more than one email address in our database and you have logged in with your INACTIVE account. If this is the case, please be certain you are logging in with the email address associated with your ACTIVE account in order to download files from the member's area.
To avoid confusion, please remove from our database any extra email addresses that you have registered with our site, because you can not download files with an INACTIVE account
. To remove your inactive account(s), please, use this link: http://www.mangelsdesigns.com/remove.php This link only allows you to remove Inactive accounts, so do not worry, you will not remove your Active account, it can only be removed directly by the site administrators.
If you have forgotten your password, please, use the link "Forgot your Password
" that you'll find on every page of our site. Remember that passwords in our database are 100% encrypted and we do not have access to them. The only way to recover your password is using the link provided
. Please do not write us asking for your password because we cannot help you and the emails will not be answered.
If you change your email address, please update your data in our database. This is more important than you can assume because if you forget your password it will be sent exclusively to the email address registered on our site. If you lose access to your mailbox and definitely forget your password, we cannot help you and you will completely lose access to the site. To update your email address and/or your password, please, use the control panel that you will find after you log in.
Our system is 100% operative and login & access programs are working perfectly. We ask our members to have total control over their data recorded in our database.

You have a lifetime membership; however if you lose your login data we cannot help you and you will not be able to download any more.
Could you give me some
tips to make sure I am logging in correctly?
Of course. Some of our Members are not experienced in Internet/Web access,
so here are some basic guidelines:
- You can log in on any of our Web pages where
the blank spaces (called "fields") for Login and Password
appear. You can also log in on this page:
- Enter your e-mail in the Login field. Your complete e-mail should
be entered, for example: firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Enter your password in the Password field.
- Click on the button "Login"
- Don't use uppercase letters.
- Enter the information carefully to ensure you don't make errors.
- Only use the Link "Forgot your password?" if you have
forgotten your password.
Additionally, please check that your browser configuration must have enable the cookies creation and check also in your browser the Internet Security Level, maybe it’s too high blocking login actions.
What should I do if I forgot
If you forgot your password, just click on the link “Forgot your
password?” This link is on each Web page. In the form that appears
after you click on the link, enter your e-mail address (the one you registered
with), and an e-mail will immediately be sent to you with your login information.
I can’t enter my
information in the login field. What should I do?
Our Web site has been designed for full interoperability with Microsoft
Internet Explorer 5.0 and later, which is the browser used by 95% of our
visitors and users. It is possible that some of our tools may fail with
other browsers, such as Netscape, Mozilla, Opera, WebTV, etc. To solve
this problem, we have designed a universal form with which you will be
able to log in using any of the well-known browsing programs. If you are
a user of a different version of Internet Explorer or a different browser
program and you cannot log in, please use the form that you will find

Do I have to log in every
time I want to download an image?
No, you only have to log in once at the beginning of each session, and
you can download all the images that you want in any of the categories.
For security reason and to respect the user's privacy, our site doesn't
create cookies. For this reason, every time you start a new session (that
is, every time you close your browser and reopen it), you will need to
enter your login name and password again.
